Real Estate is driving growth

Beyond the City of Miami Beach and major developers planning to build more than 800,000 sqft of new class A office space, there are many recent retail and office sales on or near Lincoln Road in Miami Beach that are trading for big numbers.  Commercial office and mixed-use office/retail are driving investment in Miami Beach – a big shift from the hospitality and residential condo investment that has driven the Beach market for the past 50 years.
