OFFICE:
- Starwood Global Headquarters: completing construction 2021. 144,000 SF of Class “A” office space. Will be Starwood’s global headquarters (market cap approx. $5B).
- Jefferson Bancroft: $47M Acquisition + $20M redevelopment. 50,000 SF of Class A office space as well as 50,000 SF of elevated cuisine (LDV Hospitality) and spa services for the exclusive use of the office tenants. Focused on Family Offices & Hedge Funds. 210 dedicated parking spaces. Oceanfront.
- Eighteen Sunset – Sunset Harbour: Approx. 32,000 SF of Class “A” office space, private luxury residence and 15,000 SF of retail. Breaking ground November 2021.
- Related Company’s 160,000 SF Terminal Island Class “A” office building

- Delano Hotel: Acquired by Eldridge (Cain International) in 2020. Property is being renovated and repositioned.
- Esme Hotel on Espanola Way: 145 rooms plus restaurants.
- Grand Hyatt Convention Center Hotel: Approx $400M development. 800 rooms
